Dr. Hasbach received her DVM from Michigan State University in 2013. After graduation, she moved to North Carolina to complete a small animal medicine and surgery internship with Carolina Veterinary Specialists and then relocated to Champaign-Urbana to complete a dermatology internship at the University of Illinois. She then returned to Michigan State University and completed a residency in veterinary dermatology. Dr. Hasbach joined the staff of a multi-specialty and emergency hospital near Detroit, Michigan, before moving to Oregon in 2018. She practiced near Portland for four years before relocating to the Springfield area with her husband, four cats, and five chickens.
Her clinical areas of interest include management of allergic disorders, immune-mediated diseases, systemic diseases causing skin manifestations, and infectious skin diseases. She is skilled in a wide array of medical procedures, including intradermal allergy testing, management of allergen-specific immunotherapy, video otoscopy for evaluation and management of ear diseases, collection of skin biopsies, carbon dioxide laser mass removal, and fluorescent LED Lamp therapy. In her spare time, she enjoys gardening, camping, baking, oil painting, and creating stained glass artwork.
