Are you a Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT) or a seasoned Veterinary Assistant looking for a less physically demanding role in a fast-paced hospital environment? OVRA has the perfect opportunity for you!
The Client Liaison position is vital to our operations and more than just a job—it’s a key role in ensuring smooth communication between clients and our clinical teams. As the Client Liaison, you’ll be responsible for managing and documenting daily communication with clients of hospitalized or recently discharged patients.
You’ll handle client concerns, special requests, and hospitality needs, coordinate patient visits, and ensure that each patient is directed to the appropriate specialty department. By working closely with all departments, you will help reduce patient care delays and maintain efficient communication.
Your collaboration with the Department Receiving Teams will ensure the smooth flow of clients through the exam, admission, and discharge processes, including SmartFlow updates and minimizing wait times. Acting as a bridge between clients and the clinical teams, you’ll help to keep operations running efficiently, manage prescription and refill requests, and perform follow-up calls to check on patient outcomes.
