Veterinary Assistant – Client Liaison

Jonny Sanchez was born and raised in Tucson, Arizona, and brings a unique and diverse background to the veterinary field. Before transitioning into animal care, Jonny worked as a Licensed Massage Therapist specializing in neuro and myofascial modalities. After relocating, he discovered a new path in veterinary medicine through an opportunity at Wilvet Emergency Clinic, where he gained valuable experience over two years. Now, Jonny is excited to continue growing his knowledge and apply his strong customer service skills to support both clients and patients.

Jonny has always had a deep love for animals, having cared for a wide variety throughout his life, including chickens, ducks, birds, reptiles, dogs, and cats. At home, he shares his life with two very spirited pets—Louie, a loving and energetic pit bull, and Lucy, a mischievous cat with a big personality. In his free time, Jonny enjoys caring for his growing plant collection, playing video games with friends, taking his dog on bike rides and runs, and relaxing with movies and TV shows. His passion for both animals and personal growth makes him a dynamic and engaging member of the team.
